Pack 202 is hosting a Campfire Night at Christopher Morley Park. This will be on Saturday, October 22nd. We’ll all meet at the park’s Dog Run and from there head out for a hike. Everyone will be able to do the hike, it won’t be strenuous. The hike will end at a space the park has set aside for groups like the cub scouts. We’ll have a safe campfire set up by our adults. The kids will have the chance to tell some jokes or act out any skits or stories they would like.
As it gets dark, we’ll hand out the ingredients and skewers to roast marshmallows and make ‘smores.
Bring flashlights and camping/folding chairs if you can. There are only a few benches at the site.
We’re scheduled to leave the park by 7pm.
