A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.
Pack 202 is a Cub Scouts group who’s scouts generally come from the New Hyde Park area. Most of our scouts are students at the Denton Ave Elementary school and some are also from the Searingtown Elementary school. We accept anyone from the area who has an interest in learning, playing, and spending time with their families and new scout friends. Our monthly Pack meetings with all grade levels are generally held at the Denton Ave Elementary school. Dens also meet monthly in a few locations or go out for hikes and other outings.
Pack 202 is, like all cub scout groups, divided into age/grade specific Dens. We have active Dens for all grades K–5.
Pack 202 is part of the Shelter Rock District for cub scouting and the Theodore Roosevelt Council of the BSA.
